Changelog

This overly complicated changelog file runs off of a script that took multiple days to make. I did use an LLM for parts of it, but ultimately it had trouble understanding the specifics, so I had to rewrite and redesign large parts of it. All I really gained, to be honest, was the names of commands to use and how their arguments work. I had to design and redesign this from the ground up, and probably ended up doing more work than without the LLM.
